Return & Refund Policy

At Aira Jewels, we aim to provide premium quality anti-tarnish jewelry and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Return & Refund Policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is received damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings (if worn or opened)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
  • Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or tampering
  • Any product returned without original packaging

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You must share:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Clear unboxing video or photos showing the issue
  • Reason for return

4. Return Pickup / Shipping

  • If your return request is approved, we will guide you on the return process.
  • In some cases, pickup may be arranged depending on your location.
  • If pickup is not available, you may need to courier the product to our return address (shared by our support team).

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method
  • If payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI (you must share details)

6. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered:

  • We may offer a replacement instead of a refund (based on stock availability).
  • If the product is not available, a refund will be processed.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they are not yet shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Important Notes

  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the package.
  • Without an unboxing video, claims for damaged or missing products may not be accepted.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
